How to apply

To receive an invitation to study in Ukraine and a visa to Ukraine you will provide the following documents on email (manafko@mail.ru):

- Copy of your national passport;

- Copy of the certificate of education;

On our website in section "Request your invitation" you can leave your data and attach documents. It will speed up the process of getting an invitation. Be sure to specify your exact home address, so we can send you an invitation by mail.

When you receive an invitation, you will contact the Embassy of Ukraine in your country for visa. To do this you must have the following documents:

- Invitation;

- Passport;

- The original certificate of education;

- Medical health certificate;

- Certificate of medical examination to AIDS;

- 4 photos (3x4);

To enroll in higher education institutions in Ukraine you must submit the following documents:

- National passport + copy;

- The original certificate of education with the marks (points) on the academic disciplines studied (with certified translation and stamp);

- Medical certificate of health certified by an official medical institutions of the state and issued no later than 2 months before departure to Ukraine (with certified translation and stamp);

- Certificate of medical examination on AIDS issued not later than 2 months before departure to Ukraine (with certified translation and stamp);

- Copy of birth certificate (with certified translation and stamp);

- 8 photos (3x4);

- Return ticket to your home country with an open date for 1 year.
